Macarthur Primary School Sports Association is one of ten zones affiliated with Sydney South West School Sport Association. It is comprised of twelve schools in the Camden LGA and was formed in 2022. Prior to its establishment, the schools within its boundaries were affiliated with Razorback PSSA.

The association is responsible for student access to the NSWPSSA representative school sport pathway. For further information on this, access the NSW School Sport Unit website. 

In addition to this, the association provides access for thousands of students to the participation pathway through gala day system in Term 2 and 3.
